Partner of AEWV Visitor Visa
If your partner holds an AEWV and they are paid below the median wage then you may be eligible to apply for a partnership visitor visa. The visitor visa will be valid for the duration of your partner's AEWV.
Requirements
- Partner holds an accredited employer work visa
- In a genuine and stable relationship and have previously lived together
- Can include children under 18 years of age
- If annual wage is over $43,300 then children can go to school in New Zealand classed as domestic students
- Meet health and character requirements
