Partner of AEWV Visitor Visa
If your partner holds an AEWV and they are paid below the median wage then you may be eligible to apply for partnership visitor visa. The visitor visa will be valid for the duration of your partner’s AEWV
Requirements:
- Partner holds an accredited employer work visa
- In a genuine and stable relationship and have previously lived together
- Can include children under 18 years of age
- If annual wage is over 4$3300 then children can go to school in New Zealand classed as domestic students
- Meet health and character requirements
