Partner of a AEWV holder work visa
If your partner holds an AEWV then you may be eiligble to apply for partnership v work visa depending on your partners income amount.
Requirements:
- Partner holds an accredited employer work visa
- Partner earns the median wage at time of AEWV was granted
- In a genuine and stable relationship and have previously lived together
- Can include children under 18 years of age
- Must meet health and character requirements
