Parent retirement visa
This is one of the best value investment resident visas in the world. Parents child must be a New Zealand resident or citizen and be based in New Zealand. Parents must invest 1 million NZD for a total of 4 years. In addition require 0.5 million in settlement funds and a on off annual income of 60k NZD.
Requirements:
- Have NZ $1 million or more to invest in New Zealand for 4 years.
- You must have settlement funds of NZ $500,000
- You must have an annual income of NZ $60,000 for one year prior to date of application
- You must have earned or acquired your fund lawfully.
- Can include partner in the application.
- Must meet the minimum English requirements.
- Must meet health and character requirements.
