Parent Retirement Visa
This is one of the best value investment resident visas in the world. Parents' child must be a New Zealand resident or citizen and be based in New Zealand. Parents must invest 1 million NZD for a total of 4 years. In addition, require 0.5 million in settlement funds and a one-off annual income of 60k NZD.
Requirements
- Have NZ $1 million or more to invest in New Zealand for 4 years
- You must have settlement funds of NZ $500,000
- You must have an annual income of NZ $60,000 for one year prior to date of application
- You must have earned or acquired your funds lawfully
- Can include partner in the application
- Must meet the minimum English requirements
- Must meet health and character requirements
